I've been meaning to add some stretch goals to my Indiegogo campaign but I kept forgetting.  So now within 24 hours of ending, here we go....

This is for my friend Ken Austin's book Haven Knights #2.  I did a bit of a silly cartoon of Kyra in the first book.  Actually I just did the cartoon but he added it.  When he asked me to do an  image I told I'd be "serious" this time.  I didn't know what I was going to do, but if it includes a snake, it's gotta be serious.

This book actually should have been out about two years ago but life (that's code for baby) got in the way for a while and I sat on it.  For my third book I’m doing an Indiegogo campaign to raise money to get it off the ground.  The goal of this book is to be free to download so anyone (of age) can enjoy the content.  Physical paperback copies will only be available during the Indiegogo campaign.  This book is so important, it has to be free!  :)

I was bored yesterday and had to draw something.  This is a sketch of a lady I saw at the Scottsdale Polo Tournament two weeks ago.  She looked exquisite in her outfit and in her posture but when I saw her on the dance floor her inner diva was born.  I always love working the polo tournament because the ladies wear some great outfits.  Although I was caricaturing at the event, I may go next year and just do some sketching.

This was my warm-up sketch today, I posted this on my Facebook pages so I figured I'd post it here too.  I thought about having the rat pull down her blouse but I made this for  Facebook so my intent was to keep it PG-13.  Had I been thinking I would have done a separate (and more perverted) version for my blog.

Paul Richards posted about a week ago  a drawing about breakfast cereals that will never exist.  From there on out all I could think of was how pornstars endorsing breakfast cereal could NEVER happen.  I had this concept of "Hitomi O's", a whole grain cereal in the shape of nipples.  I was too lazy to draw the box so uh, you'll have to settle for this half naked Hitomi Tanaka.

Whenever I'm with the baby all day I have to draw or paint something to keep from going insane.  This time I just colored some heads from an old sketchbook.

Months ago I came across 2 Chainz music video for Birthday Song. The song is painfully mediocre but what is not mediocre is all the amazing T&A bouncing around the entire time. After that I had an idea... Superhero table dances! Marvel, DC...you're welcome!

I haven't posted much lately because I've been spending A LOT of time trying to build my caricature business.  So truthfully I haven't been drawing as much and when I do, it's been caricatures.  A few months ago I was on Mathieu Reynes' blog and I was blown away by his construction in his drawings.  I'm blown away by all my favorite artists but on that day it was Mathieu Reynes.  

From that day on I've mostly been doing quick little sketches like this, not much to write home about (or post for that matter).  Construction isn't sexy but it's what separate the men from the boys.  I've made some progress but it's about time for me to start drawing boobies again.

I wanted to play with some values so I scanned in some faces and painted them.  Just a little exercise when I'm too lazy to draw from scratch.

Do you think honoring your friends (and military soldiers) when they pass away is a good idea? A friend of mine has a Kickstarter campaign to produce a comic book his recently passed friend wrote about 15 years ago. Please pass on the info if you believe in supporting causes like this.

I am the colorist on this book so I admit I do have a vested interest from that perspective, but I support Ken in this because I feel this is a worthy project.

I was looking at Juarez Ricci's work yesterday and felt compelled to do a quick figure study this morning.

This was for some Spider-man book for Europe.  I don't know who the hell the penciler and inker were but I loved them both.  It was only like 14 pages and those two could draw and ink their asses off.  This was a really fun story to color.

I had this thought a while ago and never did anything till this morning.  For some reason the concept of a germaphobic porn star just cracks me up.  Now you know how I entertain myself some days...

 I felt like painting from my sketchbook so I scanned in some heads. I've been doing a lot of drawing exercises lately so I needed to do something different to break the monotony.
